We have had the pleasure to work with the Caster Family, on their A-1 Self Storage project in San Jose, CA. It consisted of 5 masonry and steel building approximately 118,000 sq. ft. One building was three stories above ground and basement, One two story building and three single story buildings. We also completed all the On and Off-Site work, sidewalks and concrete paving. We are also starting another project in La Mesa, California with similar scope.

We have had the pleasure to work with Krikorian Premier Theatres on several of their projects. The two that we are most proud of are the Redlands and Downey Theatres. These were state of the art Luxury Theatres with both poured in place and retrofit stadium seating. These projects both have very intricate colored landscape, and were built on very tight and demanding schedules.
